All payments for our accommodation services are processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Stripe. By making a reservation, the Client authorizes EMP HOSPITALITY SERVICES LLC to charge their credit or debit card for the full amount specified. The transaction currency for all services shall be United States Dollars (USD).
Credit card details used for online payments are not stored. EMP HOSPITALITY SERVICES uses a secure payment gateway provided by Stripe, which ensures the integrity of communications through sufficiently secure means (SSL encryption, secure URLs, etc.).
During the payment process, cardholder authentication may be required through verification mechanisms implemented by the issuing bank. The transaction currency for all contracted services shall be United States Dollars (USD).
Payment for the service is charged at the time the reservation is confirmed through our Website in order to guarantee and secure the accommodation period requested by the Client. Credit card information is not stored on our servers; all payment data is managed directly by Stripe under its strict security protocols (SSL encryption, secure URLs).
We reserve the right to conduct identity verification and card validation processes to prevent fraud, in compliance with applicable regulations and to ensure the security of transactions.
Due to the nature of our accommodation reservation services, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date: A full refund (100% of the total reservation amount) will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date: No refunds will be issued.
No-Show: If the guest fails to appear on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be considered a “No-Show,” and no refund will be provided.
Any request to modify reservation dates is subject to availability and may be subject to rate adjustments.
