Due to the nature of accommodation reservation services, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date: No refunds will be issued.
No-Show: Failure to appear on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a “No-Show,” and no refund will be provided.
Modifications
Any request to modify reservation dates is subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
